What this service is
Recallvia is software. We are the vendor: you buy the subscription from Ellul Solutions Ltd directly, and there is no third party between us. We introduce you to nobody, we sell your details to nobody, and we take no commission from anyone for sending you anywhere. We aim to keep the service available at all times and to keep your data recoverable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. If we plan work that will take the service offline we tell subscribers first. You can export your recall list and records at any time while your subscription is active and for 90 days after it ends.
How we are paid
You pay us, and that is the whole of how this business is funded: a monthly subscription to Recallvia Pro, sold to businesses. Nothing on this site is an advertisement we are paid for, and no figure or recommendation here is influenced by a commission, because there is none. Price, renewal date and cancellation route are shown before you pay and stated again in your account. Purchase is offered to people acting for purposes related to their trade or profession. Where a consumer nonetheless buys, the statutory cancellation and digital content rights are honoured in full rather than excluded.
Online payments. When you connect your own Stripe account and take a payment through a pay link, Recallvia charges a platform fee of 1% of that payment, in addition to Stripe's own processing fee. Stripe deducts both from the payment before it is paid out to you; Recallvia never holds your customers' money. The rate that applies is the one shown in your account on the day the pay link is created, and a change to it applies only to links created afterwards.
The free tools
The free tools and templates on this site are provided as working tools for people who run the front desk of a practice. Their output is arithmetic on the figures you enter, plus the published no-show rates, reminder effects and vendor prices cited on each page. They do not replace your own judgement about a patient, a clinician's recall interval, a regulator's consent rules for messaging, or your own reading of the diary.
No warranty
Nothing on this site is clinical, legal or regulatory advice. The no-show rates, reminder effects and prices quoted are the published figures on the date cited and must be checked against your own diary and your own regulator's rules on patient messaging and consent; a reminder pack sized here is a plan for the practice to adopt, not a consent record. Templates are starting points, not a clinician's recall schedule.
