The first 14 days are free and no card is asked for. Add a card during the trial and the first charge is on the day it ends; do not, and your workspace becomes read-only with nothing deleted. Renews monthly at the price above until you cancel. We email you before any price change. Cancel any time from your account page. You keep Pro to the end of the paid month, and your recall list stays exportable for 90 days after.
Online payments: Stripe's processing fee plus a 1% platform fee per payment, deducted before your payout.
Why not just use the practice management suite?
Need a full practice management suite with charting, claims, imaging and a per-provider license? Buy one. Need this week's reminders out, the no-shows counted and a recall list the front desk can actually work, for one small practice? That is the product.
