About Recallvia
Recallvia does the two jobs a small practice's front desk loses money on: working out what its reminder load actually is, and then keeping the list it has to work. The free tools on this site take your own appointment counts, no-show rate, chair value and reminder sequence and return the figures a practice otherwise guesses at, along with the dental and medical text and email wording to send. Each one computes on the page with no account. The paid plan keeps what those tools describe: the recall list rebuilt from your diary each week, the reminders scheduled under your practice name at the lead time you set, the confirmations recorded against the patient, and the export of who booked and who did not.
Why this site exists
This site exists because a practice can find a thousand words on why reminders reduce no-shows and nothing on what its own reminder load is. How many messages a week your diary generates, how many hours the front desk spends sending them by hand, what a no-show costs you at your own chair value, and how many patients are overdue and unbooked right now are small calculations from numbers the practice already has. Having them turns a conversation about buying software into a conversation about a figure.
Who it is for

Not a patient booking or canceling their own appointment, not an employer rostering staff shifts, not a job-seeker looking for a receptionist post, and not a procurement team buying a hospital-wide EHR
What it does not do
- No borrowed no-show rates and no industry averages presented as yours. Every figure a tool here returns comes from numbers you typed. Where a published study is quoted it is named, linked and dated on the page, and it is never substituted for your own diary.
- No clinical or legal judgement. What a reminder message must contain to satisfy HIPAA or TCPA, what consent a text needs, and what recall interval is clinically right for a patient are questions for your own adviser and your own board; the pages link to the source rather than paraphrase it.
- No patient-facing booking, no staff rota and no vendor ranking we were paid for. Recallvia holds the recall list, the reminder and the confirmation. Letting a patient book themselves, scheduling your staff's shifts, and telling you which practice management suite to buy are different products, and we do not ship them.
